Small Works
Kesling will be displaying twelve works in Savannah College of Art and Design's annual "Small Works" exhibition at Red Gallery in Savannah, GA. The show will run from Nov. 26 - Dec. 31, 2008.
MFA Thesis Exhibition November 7-14, 2008
John Kesling's MFA Thesis Exhibition will be on view at Moon River Brewing Company's alternative art space, Savannah, GA.
Cultivate Beauty Art and Film Festival
Kesling's Look and Kid Things will be exhibited in the "Cultivate Beauty Art and Film Festival" at The 930 Art Center in Louisville, Kentucky. The show will run from May 10, 2008 - June 1, 2008.
"Go Green or Go Home"
Earth Like Old Yeller will be on view at Desot-O-Row Gallery in Savannah, Georgia from April 18, 2008 - April 24, 2008 in "Go Green or Go Home". This group exhibition features work that relates to environmental issues either through use of materials or content.
"Mirror for the 21st Century" :International Exhibition of Contemporary Art, BECA Gallery, New Orleans, LA
Kesling's drawing Bert is being shown in the international group exhibition titled "Mirror for the 21st Century" at BECA Gallery in New Orleans. The work will be on display April 5 - May 23, 2008.
The show was curated and juried by Helen Pheby, PhD, Deputy Curator, Yorkshire Sculpture Park, England.
